Brett Wilderman and Brandon Hall founded Forstone Capital, LLC in 2007. Since its inception, they have successfully acquired over 1,100,000 square feet of commercial real estate throughout Connecticut, which is currently under management in the company’s portfolio.

Brett Wilderman

Principal

Prior to starting Forstone Capital, Brett Wilderman was director of acquisitions for HEI Hospitality, a real estate firm that specializes in acquiring and managing first-class, full-service hotels throughout the United States. Mr. Wilderman was responsible for sourcing, negotiating and successfully closing on new acquisitions for HEI. Before joining HEI, Mr. Wilderman was an acquisitions manager for Louis Dreyfus Property Group where he was responsible for sourcing and completing new equity investments and assisting in the financing and disposition of the portfolio. Currently, he is a board member of Stamford Downtown Special Services District.

Mr. Wilderman earned a degree in Hotel Management from Cornell University with a concentration in finance.

Brandon P. Hall

Principal

Prior to starting Forstone Capital, Brandon Hall was a senior associate for GE Commercial Finance Real Estate as a member of North America Equity Holdings. He focused on developing equity partnerships with national and local operators and helped acquire a $2.5B portfolio during his time at GE. Before joining GE Real Estate, Mr. Hall was an account executive at My ePHIT, a specialized healthcare firm located in Salt Lake City, UT. Mr. Hall is currently on the NAIOP Board of Directors for the Connecticut, Westchester County Chapter.

Mr. Hall earned a degree in Business, Management and Marketing from Cornell University.

Christine McCray

Asset Manager

Christine McCray comes to Forstone with over 20 years’ experience in the real estate & property management industries, working at both institutional and entrepreneurial firms. Ms. McCray will be focusing on the day to day operations of each building in the Forstone Management portfolio.

Prior to joining Forstone Management, Ms. McCray was with GE Commercial Real Estate, America’s Equity as a senior underwriter, where she underwrote equity acquisitions exceeding $1.4B, as well as valued GE’s existing equity and debt portfolio annually. Before joining GE Real Estate, Ms. McCray worked at JER Partners, Mutual of New York, and LaSalle Partners.

Ms. McCray earned a degree in Business Administration, Finance from University of Rhode Island.
